How do I place my order?

Ordering online from TheRosesGift.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

Can I cancel the order I just placed?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries & regions.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Average transit times to the US & UK: 5 - 8 Business days. Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

How can I see where my order is at the moment?

The Roses Gift provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page and click on Track button. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer Exchanges and Returns?

Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we will be able to assist you. 

If you're order has not arrived within a month of ordering please get in touch with us. If you reach out to us after a month then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist. 

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us. 

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
